2. Copy your embed code

Paste it into any page, HTML block, or website builder.

  1. Fill in your clinic name, booking link and colour on the left.
  2. Click Copy embed code.
  3. Paste it into your page where you want the assessment to appear.
Website builder won't allow the script?

Some builders (certain Wix/Squarespace blocks) strip the small resize <script>. In that case use the plain iframe below. It works everywhere, just with a fixed height and its own scrollbar on the result:
