Conversion Tracking & Attribution

Your ads get smarter every month — because we feed the algorithm everything.

Most agencies send Google and Meta one signal: a form fill — so the algorithm learns to chase form fills, including the junk. We send back every stage of the journey, the revenue behind it, and whether each lead was good or bad. The platform learns who your best, highest-value patients are — and goes and finds more of them.

The signals we send back

Every conversion point — not just the form.

We don’t just tell Google and Meta that someone filled a form. We send back every stage of the journey — and the money behind it.

01 Form submitted

The lead is captured the moment they reach out.

02 Consultation booked

Virtual or in-person — the first real intent signal.

03 Consult attended & closed

They showed up and became a patient.

04 Purchase value

Exactly what they spent — revenue, not just a lead.

05 Lead quality

Good vs. bad, flagged back so the algorithm stops chasing junk.

Why this compounds

Your ad account gets smarter every month.

Now the algorithm optimizes for booked, paying patients — not form fills. Every month it gets a richer picture of who converts and how much they’re worth, and finds more of them. That’s why performance improves over time instead of plateauing.

Revenue-aware bidding

The exact purchase value goes back to the platform, so it bids toward the patients worth the most — not just anyone who fills a form.

Revenue signal
Quality filtering

Good-vs-bad flags travel back with every lead, so budget stops chasing junk and shifts toward patients who actually book and pay.

Quality signal
Compounds monthly

Each month the picture of who converts gets richer, and the platform goes and finds more of them — so performance builds instead of plateauing.

Over time
The difference

One weak signal vs. the whole picture.

Most agencies feed the platform a single, decaying signal. We feed it the full funnel — and the revenue and quality behind it.

Most agencies

  • Send back form submissions only, via the browser pixel.
  • Optimize for anyone who fills a form — including junk leads.
  • No revenue signal and no quality signal ever reach the platform.
  • Accuracy degrades as cookies and iOS tracking disappear.

Health Hue

  • Send back the full funnel — form, consult, close, value & quality.
  • Optimize for booked, high-value patients, not form fills.
  • Revenue-aware bidding + quality filtering stop wasted spend.
  • Server-side (CAPI) — accurate and future-proof against tracking loss.
Built for this

Not a plugin. The core of the platform.

This isn’t a plugin bolted on after the fact. We built the platform around this from the ground up — every stage, every dollar, and every quality flag is captured natively and piped straight back to your ad accounts, automatically. It’s the core of how the platform works, and it’s why your ad performance compounds month over month.

FAQ

Questions about tracking & attribution.

What’s the Conversions API (CAPI), and why does it matter?
CAPI is a server-to-server connection that sends conversion events straight from our platform to Google and Meta, instead of relying on the browser pixel. Because it doesn’t depend on cookies or the browser staying open, the data arrives accurately — even when a pixel would have missed it. That accuracy is what lets the ad platforms learn from the full journey rather than a partial picture.
How is this different from a normal Meta or Google pixel?
A normal pixel fires in the browser and, for most setups, only reports one thing: a form fill. We go further. We send back every stage — form submitted, consult booked, consult attended and closed, the revenue behind it, and whether the lead was good or bad — and we send it server-side via CAPI so it survives cookie and iOS tracking loss.
What happens to tracking as cookies and iOS restrictions tighten?
A browser-pixel setup gets steadily less accurate as third-party cookies and iOS tracking protections disappear. Because we report server-side through the Conversions API, our signals aren’t tied to the cookie or the browser session — so your tracking stays accurate as those restrictions tighten instead of decaying with them.
Do you track revenue, or just leads?
Revenue, not just leads. We send back the exact purchase value for each patient, so the algorithm can bid toward the people worth the most — not just anyone who fills out a form. Revenue-aware bidding is what turns spend toward booked, paying patients.
How does lead quality get fed back to the platform?
Every lead is flagged as good or bad, and that quality signal is sent back alongside the rest of the funnel. The platform uses it to filter out the junk and optimize toward the kind of patients who actually book and pay — which stops budget being spent chasing low-quality form fills.
How long until ad performance improves?
It compounds. Every month the algorithm gets a richer picture of who converts and how much they’re worth, and goes and finds more of them. Rather than plateauing, performance tends to improve over time as the platform keeps learning from the full funnel.
