06 · How it connects
One locked chart updates the rest.
A patient arrives with forty units banked and you chart forty-five. When the chart is locked, the forty are drawn down, the five are left to charge, and forty-five come off stock against the lot you recorded. The clinical record, the balance, the bill and the shelf all move from that one chart.

What does Health Hue Clinical include?
Medical charting, consent forms, inventory, patient records, and memberships and packages. They share one patient record inside the Health Hue Hub, alongside booking, messaging and payments.
Is the charting a separate system?
Health Hue Charting is a purpose-built charting application that opens inside the Hub, on the patient's record. It has its own annotation canvas, checklists, note templates, lot tracking and before and after comparison.
Do consent forms connect to the chart?
Yes. The chart opens on the consents already on file, with the date each was signed and the date it lapses, and consent is ticked on the pre-procedure checklist from the signed form.
When does inventory change?
When a chart is locked. The units charted come off against the lot recorded on the chart, so a draft never moves your stock.
Can a signed chart be changed?
Signing locks the chart. A correction is then added as an addendum attached to the original, so the record shows what changed and when.
Where do memberships and packages fit?
On the same record. A treatment charted against a package or membership draws down what the patient has left, and anything beyond it is left to charge.
