An online supplement dispensary, shipped straight to the patient.

Recommend supplements from the patient’s record through Fullscript, the professional supplement dispensary, and Fullscript emails the plan to the patient, who orders there and has it shipped to their door. Your clinic doesn’t buy, store or ship any stock, and the plan sits on the record next to the patient’s labs and prescriptions.

01 · The plan

Build the plan from the patient’s record.

Search the Fullscript catalogue of professional supplement brands from inside the patient’s record, add each product with its dose and directions, and the plan is saved to the record. Each provider signs in with their own Fullscript account once, so every plan goes out under the right practitioner’s name.

02 · The patient

Fullscript emails the plan, and it ships to their door.

Send the plan and Fullscript emails the patient the exact products and doses you recommended. They order there and it ships to their home, so your clinic never buys, stores or ships stock. The plan shows as Ordered on the record, and if it isn’t ordered within the number of days you set (seven by default), the contact is tagged so a follow-up can go out. The tag names no product.

03 · One record

Supplements on the same record as labs and prescriptions.

The supplement plan sits on the patient’s record beside their lab orders and prescriptions, so the provider reviewing a result can see what the patient is already taking and adjust the plan in the same visit. It works for clinics in the US and Canada.

FAQ

Questions about Supplements.

Is the Fullscript integration live?

Yes, it’s live in beta. Each provider connects their Fullscript account once and sends plans from the patient’s record. Book a call and we’ll switch it on with you.

Do our providers need a Fullscript account?

Yes. Each provider signs in with their own Fullscript practitioner account once, so plans go out under their name. If they don’t have one yet, we’ll help them open it.

Do we need to stock a supplement dispensary?

No. Fullscript ships each order straight to the patient, so there’s nothing for your clinic to buy, store or ship.

How does the patient order?

Fullscript emails them the plan with the exact products and doses you recommended, and they order there. The plan shows as Ordered on their record, and if it isn’t ordered within the number of days you set (seven by default), the contact is tagged for a follow-up.

Does it work in Canada?

Yes. It works for clinics in the US and Canada.

How is it priced?

We’ll go through the numbers on a call.
