Is ad spend included in the monthly fee?
No. Google and Meta bill the ad spend to your card directly, so every ad dollar goes to your campaigns. We set up the ad accounts and launch the first campaigns for a one-time $1,500 on any plan, with no monthly management fee. That's deliberate: it's how the platform stays at $45 a user, or $497 to $597 for a bundle, without padding the price.
Is there really no setup fee?
Really. Setup is self-guided, so there is no setup fee. The first month is paid upfront at signup, then it's month-to-month, and your one-hour onboarding call is included. If you would rather hand it over, we offer white-glove setup for everything, from importing your patients and services to your automations and tracking. The only one-time fees on the menu are optional: $1,500 to set up paid ads, and $350 to set up an online shop.
Do you run Meta and Google ads?
We set them up. On any plan, à la carte included, we build your Google and Meta ad accounts and launch the first campaigns for a one-time $1,500, with four hours of coaching so your team can run them from there. There is no monthly management fee. The bundles also include ad-ready landing-page funnels, so an in-house buyer or a separate agency has them ready.
What does "AI search visibility" actually mean?
Generative Engine Optimization. Every month we publish two articles plus per-device landing-page funnels engineered to surface inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews, not just the classic search results page. That's where new patients increasingly find clinics now, and we treat it as the headline organic channel.
Can we keep our existing EMR or scheduling software?
Yes. Health Hue Hub layers on top of most existing systems, Zenoti, Aesthetic Record, PatientNow, AestheticsPro, Boulevard, Mindbody, ModMed. You keep your EMR; we handle the marketing, automation, website, and patient-communication layer above it.
How fast can we launch?
Inside thirty days. Your website goes live, automations are running, and your first marketing blast goes out within thirty days of signup. Every clinic, every time, that's our 30-day activation promise.
What do we need to provide on our end?
A treatment + pricing list, your logo and brand assets, Google Business Profile access, and about an hour for the onboarding call. We handle everything else, including HIPAA paperwork and tracking installation.
What happens if we want to cancel?
You email us and the next billing cycle stops. No penalty, no exit fee, no auto-renew. We hand you a full export of your contacts, your website, and your domain records, the things we built belong to you.
Do you serve clinics outside North America?
Yes, with caveats, PHIPA- and HIPAA-equivalent compliance handling is North-America-specific, and the email/SMS sending domains we provision are tuned for US + Canada deliverability. Outside that, we'll discuss what's portable on the call.
