Is the call really free?

Do I need to share anything before the call?

A link to your clinic website is enough. If you can also share read-only access to your Google Ads or Meta Ads accounts and rough monthly spend, the audit is sharper. None of it is required.

What if I'm too small for you right now?

Accepted Answer

We'll tell you. If paid spend is under $3K/month or AI Lead Generation isn't the right move yet, we'd rather say so up front than waste your retainer.

Question 4

Do you work with U.S. clinics, or just Canadian?

Accepted Answer

Both. Most of our work spans both sides of the border. We adjust regulatory framing (Health Canada vs FDA) by clinic.

Question 5

What's your minimum engagement length?

Most retainers are 6 months minimum because anything shorter doesn't give the AI Lead Generation work or paid optimisation enough room to compound. Project-based engagements are also available, ask on the call.

Can I just get the platform on its own?

Yes. The Health Hue platform is sold standalone at healthhue.com. The growth services on this site are separate.

What if I'm already working with another agency?

That's fine. The discovery call is still useful, most of our work runs alongside or replaces partial scopes from other agencies, and we'll be honest about whether what they're doing is working.

Will you sign an NDA before the call?

Yes, on request. Send the NDA with the booking confirmation reply and we'll execute it before the call.
