What does Aesthetic Record do better than Health Hue?
Depth of clinical tooling for a specialist practice. Chart audits for state supervisory requirements, medical director sign off with real time reporting, ChartSmart dictation to chart, and ePrescribe with EPCS are all published features, and a per-user price is cheaper than ours for a small team. If the chart is the only thing you are buying, Aesthetic Record is a strong choice.
Aesthetic Record already deducts inventory from the chart. What is the difference?
The prepaid balance. Aesthetic Record's Chart-to-Cart page describes the completed chart moving to the cart with the products used, where staff redeem wallet credits and loyalty points at checkout. In Health Hue the locked chart settles the package directly: the units come off the lot, the balance draws down and the ledger is written, before anyone reaches the cart.
Does Aesthetic Record build our website or handle SEO?
Nothing on the features or pricing page lists a website build, hosting, SEO or Google Business Profile management. Essentials includes a patient portal and online booking, and those sit on a site you source elsewhere. Health Hue includes the site, the search pages and the ads at the same monthly price.
What is LeadAR, and does Health Hue have an equivalent?
LeadAR is Aesthetic Record's lead capture and nurture tool, included in Accelerator or $97 a month on its own. Health Hue covers the same ground with the unified inbox, automated follow-up sequences and, with the AI receptionist, Hue AI qualifying and booking the enquiry itself. Where the leads come from in the first place, the search pages and the ads, is the part Aesthetic Record does not sell.
Does Aesthetic Record have an AI receptionist?
Not that any page describes. ChartSmart AI turns dictation or a procedure recording into a chart, for the provider. Hue AI answers phone, web chat, SMS and social DMs when the desk is closed, qualifies the enquiry and books directly into the calendar. It is $99 a month on its own or included in the $597 all in, and it is not metered.
How does the per-user pricing compare?
Aesthetic Record publishes $15 or $19 per user per month plus a $399 onboarding fee, and add-ons per prescriber or per feature. That is cheaper than Health Hue for a team of three and closer for a team of eight, before the website and marketing vendors are added. Health Hue is $99 per user with no setup fee, or $597 all in with six users included and $45 for each user after that, which is the lower number from seven users up.
Do you offer ePrescribe?

Can we keep Aesthetic Record and still use Health Hue?
Yes. Health Hue integrates with Aesthetic Record, so the website, the search pages, the ads, the inbox and Hue AI can run on Health Hue with bookings landing in the Aesthetic Record calendar. Many clinics start there and decide about the chart later, with a real visit charted in both.
