Implementation Specialist

When a clinic signs with us, you get them running. That means setting up their account in Health Hue Hub, bringing over their services, providers and patient data, and training their team so day one goes smoothly.

Clinics are trusting us with their schedule and their patients. The job is to plan each launch carefully, keep the clinic informed at every step, and hand a confident, fully set up account to the client success team.

Responsibilities

• Run onboarding for new clinic accounts from kickoff to go-live
• Configure services, providers, calendars, forms, payments and messaging
• Plan and check data migrations from the clinic's previous software
• Train owners, providers and front-desk staff on live calls
• Keep a clear checklist and timeline for every launch, and share it with the clinic
• Hand each account to client success with full notes on how it is set up

Requirements

• 2+ years in SaaS implementation, onboarding or technical account setup
• Very organized: you can run several launches at once without dropping details
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and moving data between systems
• Patient, clear trainer for non-technical teams
• Careful with sensitive information

Bonus

• Experience onboarding clinics, spas or other healthcare practices
• Experience migrating data out of EMR, booking or CRM software
• Familiarity with HIPAA or PHIPA requirements

Compensation

Discussed on the first call and benchmarked to your experience. We would rather agree a number that reflects what you actually bring than post a band and negotiate down from it.
